ArchitectNet - what it is and who it is for

ArchitectNet was set up by the Architect community in response to the closing down of the Royal Institute of British Architects (riba) members' self-help and discussion forum known as Ribanet on Friday 14th March 2014.

Many members found the friendly help and advice freely given within the online discussions in ribanet to be extremely useful and this is the model for ArchitectNet.

ArchitectNet is free to register and open to:

- all Architects registered in the UK at arb.org
- retired registered Architects and student Architects on recognised UK courses at the discretion of the community Moderators.
- at the discretion of the community Moderators, fully qualified and experienced non-UK architects who are (if applicable) registered or members of a recognised architectural institution of national standing, and who have a genuine interest in UK architectural practice.

The main forums are only visible to members - only this forum remains visible to unregistered visitors for information.

Please register, or if you would like a chat first about any queries you may have, please email the Administrator via the link at the top of the page

There is a screenshot in this post which shows some recent topics on the index page of the members forum.
